Igifu on Publishers Weekly 's Big Indie Books of Fall 2020 list. Scholastique Mukasonga

My upcoming new Book Igifu was selected on Publishers Weekly ‘s Big Indie Books of Fall 2020 list.

Igifu translated from the French by Jordan Stump, will be published on September 15th by my editor Archipelago Books.

In these five stories, which have been translated into English for the first time, Mukasonga examines Rwanda before and after the genocide. In a starred review, PW called this collection “an impressive and affecting work of art.”
